  1. No matter what you do, you're in the relationships business.
  2. Ask for referrals.
  3. Marketing should not be comfortable.
  4. Runaway from social media. Embrace a healthy social life.
  5. Don't sell but help.
  6. The slower you treat the relationship, the faster business will come.
  7. There's no right sales bonus structure. Focus on habits, not sales.
  8. Easy to go, easy to come.
  9. Selling without selling is not selling.
  10. Be assertive and dubious.
