This is an advisory service designed to help you achieve specific business goals. It might be to defining clear strategic priorities, drive new business from existing customers, or set the foundation to grow your revenue and profitability dramatically. All of it with unlimited access to me.
My approach is either proactive (hold your feet to the fire) and reactive (you ask questions, and I give you clear, concise and concrete answers).
The frequency and style of how we work are totally up to you. You may choose to call me weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You have unlimited access by phone, email, and zoom during normal business hours. I return all phone calls within three hours during normal business hours and all written correspondence within one business day.

We will have a bi-weekly meeting on Zoom/Skype that I will run. We will focus on specific and desired business outcomes and hold your feet to the fire.
