What's tennis all about?
That's the question my coach asked me when we started working together. A simple question, without a complicated answer.
I learned from him to make simple questions with demanding answers to my primary tool.
Besides, this question was meant to speak about me, not him, since it was me who has a specific goal with tennis. Enjoy and win the game.
So, if you asked me what can I do for you I will probably respond "I don't know yet". I don't know anything about you and your business, so it will be adventurous for me to write a massive list of things I can do and have worked in several companies during my more than two decades of experience.
That's why I prefer you to answer me: what's your business all about right now?
In business, like in tennis, I've identified three factors that influence your game: speed, control and direction.
All three factors search the same in business as in tennis: Enjoy and win the game.
