When you give them solutions, such as delegating, saying NO, or turning off notifications... they always answer the same: I can't, or I already do.

But they still don't have time, and they are not willing to let anyone get them out of this negative dynamic, also with themselves.

Remember that they feel unproductive and frustrated.

There is only one way to break this cycle: to accept the risk of taking any of the solutions presented to them.

Once they accept the risk of trying, what was nondelegable is no longer so much, nobody gets angry when you say NO, and it's OK when you read a message three hours after it was sent to you.
