I work with mid-size and large companies as a board advisor: I participate in board meetings, bring external strategic perspective and help make better decisions with more clarity and less noise.

I think, challenge and bring judgement when it's needed most.

How I work

Quarterly or biannual presence at the board. Punctual availability between sessions. No bureaucracy, no paperwork. Direct judgment, when it counts.
